Purposes of processing
We use your personal data exclusively for:
Sending newsletters or information about our services
Contacting us when necessary for the performance of our services
Retention periods
We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In doing so, we apply the following time limits:
Contact details (name and e-mail address): maximum 12 months after the last contact moment
Data for mystery calls (such as a test subject's name, address or date of birth): used only for the execution of the call and removed immediately after completion

After these deadlines, data will be deleted or anonymised.
Processing mystery calls
To conduct mystery calls, a client may provide limited personal data, such as name, address or date of birth. These data are only used to perform the test realistically and are removed immediately after the call is completed. Reports contain only anonymised findings and never names or directly reducible personal data. All processing takes place in accordance with the AVG and, if relevant, on the basis of a processing agreement with the client.
Sharing with third parties
DeepCalls does not sell your data and only provides it if necessary for the performance of an agreement or to comply with a legal obligation. We use an external party to send and manage our newsletter. This party only has access to the data needed to perform this service. We conclude processing agreements with all processors to ensure the confidentiality and security of personal data.
