Voice phishing assessment
The core product of DeepCalls. Realistic, authorised assessments that test how resilient your organisation is against social engineering by phone.
Every assessment starts with a thorough intake. DeepCalls maps your organisation, sector and internal processes and, based on that, develops scenarios that match your actual risk profile. No standard scripts, but situations that are recognisable to your employees and credible in your context.
The assessments are carried out by experienced specialists who know how processes and people really work in organisations. That is the difference between a test that proves something and a test that delivers something.

Process analysis
Based on the assessment results, DeepCalls analyses where the vulnerability lies structurally, in verification procedures or authorisation processes. The result is a concrete picture of where policy and practice diverge, with recommendations you can act on straight away.
More about the process analysisAccount takeover (ATO) via the service desk
An attacker needs no password if the service desk resets it for them. In a phone-based account takeover, the attacker poses as an employee and asks the service desk to reset a password or register a new MFA device. One convincing call can grant access to email, systems and data.
DeepCalls tests whether your service desk or helpdesk stops this. We assess identity verification, the procedures for password resets and MFA changes, and whether employees also apply them under pressure. With the process analysis, we show where the procedure itself leaves room for abuse.
More informationTechnical measures
As long as verification depends on questions and the judgement of a single employee, risk remains. That is why the report includes an overview of technical solutions for identity verification at the service desk: how they work, what they solve and what they require of the caller and the employee. This lets you make a well-founded choice.
