Is a voice phishing assessment permitted under the GDPR?
Yes. DeepCalls conducts all assessments within the framework of the GDPR. No recordings are made without consent, only strictly necessary personal data is processed, and all findings are reported anonymously and confidentially. Data is securely deleted upon completion.
How is an assessment authorised?
Every assessment is carried out on the basis of a signed authorisation and agreed rules of engagement. DeepCalls never starts without written consent from the client.
What happens to the information obtained during an assessment?
All information is used exclusively for reporting purposes, not shared with third parties, and securely deleted upon completion of the process. Confidentiality is a given, not an afterthought.
How many simulations are conducted per engagement?
We determine that together based on your organisation, risk profile and objective. A typical engagement consists of multiple scenarios with variation in approach, profile and target group, so that the results provide a representative picture.
Are employees informed afterwards?
You decide that yourself. DeepCalls advises on when and how to inform employees afterwards, aligned with your internal communication strategy and learning objectives.
What does an assessment cost?
The costs depend on the scope, complexity and any additional services. After the introductory meeting, you will receive a tailored quote.
When do we receive the report?
Within five working days after the final simulation, you will receive a detailed report, followed by a personal closing presentation.
How does a voice phishing assessment compare to a regular pentest?
A technical pentest tests systems and infrastructure. A voice phishing assessment tests human behaviour and processes, the part that falls outside the scope of technical security. The two are complementary.
Does DeepCalls also work for international organisations?
Yes. We carry out assessments nationally and internationally, by Lara Hemstede or an experienced colleague. For large-scale or multilingual campaigns, AI simulations are also available.
Are the calls conducted by people or by AI?
In an assessment, an experienced specialist conducts the calls: Lara Hemstede or an experienced colleague, nationally and internationally. In an AI simulation, AI conducts the calls. In the introductory call, we discuss what suits your goal.
Can you also help with follow-up?
Yes. Through our network of specialist partners, targeted training, awareness campaigns and advisory programmes are possible. DeepCalls acts as the point of contact throughout.
Do you assess individual employees?
No. We do not test people, but how processes hold up in practice. Results are fully anonymised and used only to improve, not to assess individuals.
